One of my longer notebooks - one with many plots - just got corrupted somehow. Mathematica's helpfully suggested ''go find the error yourself, then save & restart''. But I couldn't clearly locate the error (the cursor appeared inside a huge postscript image), & when I saved I accidentally converted it to a notebook of the notebook text. Argh. I'm willing to regenerate my plots. I just want some convenient way -- eg, some script which will strip out useless information (Cell headers, formatting, images, etc) -- to get back the code & text that's now scattered through a huge file.
