I just tested the notebook again (with version 9.0), no problem there. It runs and gives the results as I sent you
Do you get any error message in the messages window of Mathematica
Are you able to do the simplest calculation, say
a=1+1
Maybe there is a problem with the configuration of your system
Did you try to do a fresh start (what system and version R U using?)
