Hi everybody,
I am a beginner of Mathematica, but now I meet a problem that I cannot solve by myself according to my present knowledge. So, may anyone who know this help me?

http://demonstrations.wolfram.com/BoidsSimulatedFlockingBehavior/. What I expect is to extract the coordinates of all boids at all time steps and export it to a file (text or excel) with a format like this below:
Boids No. Time Coordinates
1 1 (1,1)
2 2 (5,8)
3 3 (6.9)
... ... ......
This has perplexed me for a period,unfortunately I couldn't make it. So, I wish I could get some help from you all. Could you please tell me the solutions if you happen to know? Thanks in advance!
