This is rather simple, but because I'm new to Mathematica
graphics and I need to produce this for a conference
presentation very soon, I need help:

I have about 90 points in time spanning time 0 to 2000
msec. Each point has an x,y, and z cooriniate in space.
How do I plot a 3-dimensional line (or a ribbon) graph?
Anyone have a notebook for this already or code to share
