Hi everyone,

I have a density plot with 22 000 points (so i dont know the function) which depend of 2 parameters (x-axis and y-axis).
I need to plot the surface for 1,2,3 sigma of confidence.

My idea is to calculate the total volume of the plot and then cut when the new volume is equal to 68% (1 sigma) of the total volume.

Someone knows how to do ?

Thanks,

Frank.
