I'm trying to graph a tangent line to a surface at a given point all in 3D.
   Eg:
f(x,y}=(y^2)/x+y
Find partial derivitives evaluate them at the point (2,2} to find slope, then graph the first partial in the direction of , and the 2nd partial in the direction of j on top of the graph of f. I can't figure how the heck to get Mathematica to do this. Please help.
