I'm a very early learner of mathematica.
I'm trying to understand (not at all well) how to build a notebook that will automatically show a value in degrees or radians when a horizontal line crosses the curve of a sine or cosine graph.
If a line can be moved using manipulate either down or up, the horizontal line would show the angular value where the line crossed the graph. i.e at +0.5 the line would show 30deg or Pi/6 radians.
I can create the graph with appropriate labeled ticks but don't know how to do he moving line bit.
No, this isn't homework, I left school 53 years ago.
