---------
Magnify 300% and stare discovers

{1, 180. /\[Pi]}

where that /\ is a single character that Mathematica sees as a desktop published "and" and you see as 180./Pi.

Even when I fix that and change all desktop published \[Pi] to simply Pi the manipulate still does not work and is stuck and the plot turns red, probably indicating some kind of error.

If I change your True and False to 0 and 1 then the slider works but the labels still do not change as I think is expected and I sometimes get an error message

Table:;itraw: Raw object 1 cannot be used as an iterator.
