check out this: an approximation done by SeriesCoefficient, verify !!!

Saying:
(* b x^0 + c x^1 + d x^2 approximates (a+x)^(1/2) *)


Approximating:
{b, c, d} =
SeriesCoefficient[(a + x)^(1/2), {x, a, #},
Assumptions ->
Element[a | x, Reals] && 1 >= a >= 0 && 1 >= x >= 0] & /@ {0, 1,
2}

{Sqrt[2] Sqrt[a], 1/(2 Sqrt[2] Sqrt[a]), -(1/(16 Sqrt[2] a^(3/2)))}


b x^0 + c x^1 + d x^2 // Evaluate

Sqrt[2] Sqrt[a] + x/(2 Sqrt[2] Sqrt[a]) - x^2/(16 Sqrt[2] a^(3/2))
