I am trying to solve the formulas on the attachment. The first problem is that in order to calculate x1 for v=300 I have first to calculate all the v from 1 to 299 starting with v=1 and manually changing the value until v=299. The second problem is that I want to find v when the difference of v-1 to v is zero but again all the ways that I tried require that I have calculated x1 for that v first.
