Hi,
I'm quite a novice with Mathematica, hence you will find my problem (hopefully) rather trivial:
How can conduct a simple random experiment in Mathematica, when I know the distribution?
For instance, possible realisations are 1,2,3 with possibilites of each being picked 1/2,1/3,1/6, respectively. So, I want to tell the computer: "Select one of these realizations, such that when repeated infinitely, the portion of occurences of either realization converges to its respective probability"
Sounds easy, doesn't it? ;-)
Thanks in advance!
