I have an ellipsoid
elips = ContourPlot3D[
x^2 + 2 y^2 + 6 z^2 == 1, {x, -1, 1}, {y, -1, 1}, {z, -0.5, 0.5}]
and some 3D Graphics
pBeg = Graphics3D[Point[{1, 2, 3}]];
pMin = Graphics3D[Point[{0.373, 0.459, 0.271}]];
pMax = Graphics3D[Point[{-.591, -.456, -.198}]];

How do I merge them into one plot?

Show[Graphics[elips],Graphics[lMin], Graphics[pBeg], Graphics[pMin], Graphics[pMax]]
doesn't do it.
