If i have a function in terms of x, so f(x), nothing fancy. It's a 3D graph. How would I plot it, rotated around the x or y axis or a point? Like getting the surface area of it you wanna see what it looks like.

How can you also see it from a different angle? Is there any way we can drag the graph with the mouse and look at it from top and bottom?

Like lets say i have X^2 from -2 to 2. and rotate it around the x axis. so it's a solid now in 3D how can i revolve it so i can view this from different angles? And can i animate it so it shows me making the solid from y=4 to y=-4 and then it clears it and keeps doing it again.

Thanks infinitely,
