I do not get into the mathematics of your code
I just evaluated the notebook and it runs, producing results and graphics
A warning message is generated stating that the first FindRoot need a higher working precision, but you use machine precision numbers anyway, so you have to modify the precision of your parameters

In addition, the coding style points that you need to enhance your understanding in Mathematica programming and get better use of the tool
