I need to generate mercator, mollweide, orthographic, e.t.c.
projections of mars geological data. The data is available to
me in tabular form {latitude, longitude, value}.
So far, I have only been able to generate ListContourPlots of
the data, which are inaccurate even as cylindrical projections.
Please let me know whether there is anyway to apply the
WorldProjection option to my data. I am keenly interested
in indirect ways to obtain the desired displays as well.

PS: I would be happy to include samples of the kind of images
I need to produce.
