In the web integrator, you put a * between the b and the x.

In Mathematica, you put nothing between the b and the x, so it interpreted "bx" as an undefined variable.

In[1]:= Integrate[ Erfc[Sqrt[b*x/2]]*x, {x,0,Infinity}]

Out[1]= ConditionalExpression[3/(2*b^2), Re[b] > 0 && Re[Sqrt[b]] > 0]


In[2]:= Integrate[ Erfc[Sqrt[b*x/2]]*x, {x,0,Infinity}, Assumptions-> b>0]

Out[2]= 3/(2*b^2)
