Go to the FAQ home page:
support.wolfram.com and either follow the Mathematica
branch to do a hierachical search or to use the text
search facility and look for words and combinations
of words that are associated with your problem. I do not think that there was ever a "318" specific
FAQ, so you would need to broaden the search.
