I am trying to plot and integrate (volume covered by the surface) a 3D function given by:
V = {Cos[\[Theta]] (30 Cos[\[Theta]]^2 + 222 Cos[\[Phi]]^2 Sin[\[Theta]]^2 + 113 Sin[\[Theta]]^2 Sin[\[Phi]]^2)}
Attached is the note file having the function. I am having two issues with it

1. 3D plot is showing only half of the surface, probably for only 0 <theta<Pi/2.
2. Volume of surface (Intgration)comes out to be zero, no matter what limit of phi and theta I choose.
