Hi,
I'm using a computer cluster to do some computations with a software installed on it. To access to the cluster, I use Mathematica with ssh protocol.
The Mathematica command I use is:
Run["cd C:\\Path of the ssh software\\ & Name of the ssh software & password\r & pause"]
I succeed to reach the ssh server, but no way to enter the password. I think Mathematica lose the priority on the MS DOS windows when the ssh session is open. I think Mathematica is waiting I exit manually the ssh session to write the rest of the command.
I'm sorry if I'm not clear and I hope someone can help me.
