Does Mathmatica have any easy ways to turn this:
\!\(\[Integral]\_0\%1
\(\[Integral]\_0\%\(3 x\)\((1)\) \[DifferentialD]y
\[DifferentialD]x\)\)
into this:
\!\(\[Integral]\_0\%3
\(\[Integral]\_\(y\/3\)\%1\((1)\) \[DifferentialD]x
\[DifferentialD]y\)\)
