Using a SuSE 8.0 distribution, I've got the following problem: On startup a message appears, saying that the Mathematica-Fonts wouldn't be properly installed. My question is how to get these fonts an how to install them.
My second problem is the input in a notebook. When I want to delete the last character using BACKSPACE, only a weird character is put out. I'm also unable to set the cursor using the mouse, because my mousecursor shows only a hand.
