hi there,
I have to solve the eigenvalue-problem of a big matrix that has the dimension (1000 x 1000). The matrix has a band-structure consisting of complex nummer.
I'm searching only one eigenvalue-eigenvector-pair which prossessing the max. (-Im[eingenvalue]).
Can anyone show me how I can solve this problem, or where I can find a mathematica-program for it.
