hello all.
I have been working on an implememtation of optimization for system of differential equations.
I have managed to implement a simple case for mathemtica but it seems to not converge and i have been working on it for about 3 weeks... how sad is that? mind you, I'm not a mathematician, but a biologist so this stuff doesn't come easily for me.
Would someone please be kind enouch to look over my codes and suggest how i can improve?

also if anyone know of a good site for simulated annealing and other optimization techniques for mathematica, i would love to know about it.
