When I try to run Mathematica from other remote PCs I get the error message:
----
xset: unable to open display "localhostmachine.IP"
_X11TransSocketINETConnect: Can't connect: errno = 111
XMathematica: can't open display localhost:10.0, exiting...
----

My problem is that this error occurs on all Linux based PCs that I tried except one. I do correctly all display setings like advised in
http://support.wolfram.com/mathematica/systems/unix/interface/remotedisplay.html
Still the only way to run Mathematica was using the advice previously posted on forum:
http://forums.wolfram.com/student-support/topics/4419
That method indeed works, but only on one computer.

All other X Windows applications can run via ssh from the host machine on all computers I tried.
I istalled latest Mathematica fonts.
All computers are running recent versions of Red Hat Linux, belong to the same network and virtually idententical. Still only one PC can disply Mathematica front end. Any clue to this mistery?
