I would like to ask you if someone knows where I can find in Mathematica a standart type for the structure function, that is usually used in Time series analysis.
i.e. The first order structure function is defined as follows:
SF(dt)=(1/N)Sum[(a(i)-a(i+dt))^2,{i,1,N}]
