How to draw a simple graphic.

Hello. As I am new to Mathematica, I don't know how to draw a simple graphic, if I have calculated input data.
For analogy - In MS Excel it is possible to draw graphic using two columns of numbers. How I can do it in Mathematica.
Sorry for this silly question, but it's a big problem for me right now.
