i use nminimize to regress parameters for fitting a model to experimental data. but the model is a very complex function which involves numberic functions such as FindRoot and NDsolve.however the equations to be solved by using these numberic functions involves the parameters to be regressed.so the functions failed. it seems the problems is that numberic functions can be used to solve the equations with parameters.but in each optimazing step,the parameters have there value.
can this fitting procedure be accomplished?
