hello all-
i am interested in plotting ellipses in mathematica. i found the Show[Graphics[Circle[{}{}]]] route but i don't think it can do quite what i need. right now i've got the lengths of the major and minor axes for the ellipse but also the vectors along which these axes should lie. (actually eigenvectors and eigenvalues, but that's besides the point). i guess what i'm asking is if there is an easy way to plot the rotated ellipses easily. any suggestions?
thanks!
