I am using the Calculus&Mathematica product in version 5 of Mathemtica. Most of their notebooks were built with an ability to print them in a two column format. I seem to be unable to get them to print that way in version 5 and am wondering if the feature has been discontinued, if there is some sort of notebook incompatability with the latest version, or if the problem is just on my install or setup. If anyone has thoughts on this please let me know.
