Is there a qay to change the colors that are used when used the ColorFunction -> Hue command in a ListContourPlot? Or maybe a better question is, can you change the scaling of the colors to the contours. In what I'm working on the lowest and highest values have a similar color, a garish red that isn't quite visually appealing.
I'm using Mathematica5 in MacOSX.
