I need some help with a graph of what is supposed to be a cone. The equation is 16x^2 = y^2 + 4z^2 . This is a cone right? And if I enter the equation as 16x^2 - y^2 - 4z^2 .. I get what looks like a hyperboloid of 2 sheets graph. What am I doing wrong? I am working with Mathematica 4.2 Student Edition. I have loaded the contourplot3d graphics and get no errors when I execute the problem, but I do not get a graph of a cone.
