How do I set the location of specific vertices
around given radii while the vertices circles are not concentric? (or concentric)
For example if i have vertices 1-20.
vertices 1-10 will be at radius 5 and vertices 11-20 will be at radius 10. concentric will result in 2 rings, and not concentric will give 2 rings side by side (or overlapping).
