Enclosed is a notebook I have put together. I am using a template of
sorts since certain information appears over and over in the problems I
am working on. I would like to make this notebook appear like a book
when read.

can copy the entire notebook (from the first line that begins

Mathematica session.

A few questions are

1. How can I get a subscript Uo for example.
2. Sqrt[n] (I want it to appear as a square root sign)
3. Tn-1,alpha ( a t statistic with n-1 degrees of freedom and
significance level alpha.
Alpha of course is the Greek small a.
4. summation of x squared
5. summationof x
6. x bar (x with a horiziontal line above it)

I need to know how to set up the prefernces in such a way so that these
improvements can take place.
