The installation runs fine, but right before the point where I have to enter my License# & password,Mathematica opens up my connection to MSN (microsoft network-trayclnt.exe).
If I choose to skip the registration process, for the moment, mathematica will not run unless I close trayclnt.exe. Is this an ME issue or a new idosyncracy in 5.1 (the last version I purchased was 4.0).
