Every time I try to plot a beta or gamma distribution as described in the Math-Book I get a set of following messages:

''\!\(cdfunction\) is not a machine-size real number at \!\(x\) = \
\!\(4.16666666666666607`*^-7\).''
.....
Can anybody help? How do I plot gamma and beta distributions in Mathematica?
