Hi,
I do not have a multi-thread system, but it seems that the tool that is measuring the CPU performance do not measure correctly.
If you have performance problems, the technical help staff support@wolfram.com will likely be the place to ask
In addition, I'm not a WRI worker, but you can find prices at www.wolfram.com (look at the purchasing tab on top to check on prices)
