Hi Lenka,
Zeros outtside the region of interst are due to Boole. The value of the function there is not interesting, even if this is zero
Inside the region of interest Boole does not effect the value of the function.
In addition, if you do not like masking with zero, you can always use If[] or Piecewise [] and set the value to other then zero to the one that will meet with your needs
