Hi @ all,

I found a soultion to my own problem :). I have modified a little bit my code. I have interpolated the systems input via a fourier series since the iput is periodical. Newertheless, I get error messages. Because, the input is in Pascal and the system's response is in µm. With this setting I get a solutuion to my problem. But, when I change the output from [µm] to [m] I get a lot of error messages like that system is singular and stiff. I know this, but I cannot do against the measuremts. The data are unfortunately in the range of µm and pascal. I want everything to be calculated in meter and pascal.
