I have the following equation:
Solve[(x^2 + z^2)/c^2 == (y - (r+h))^2, z]
which gives a result, but I want to force Mathematica to keep (r+h) as an independant variable and not manipulate it. I don't want to subsitute in another variable for r+h.
Is this possible? I thought it was done by omitting the spaces but it seems not...
