Hi, anyone familiar with a mma package that would be useful in analysing accelerated degradation test data? I'm measuring the product's performace as the performance degrades in various over design temperature ovens. Trying to predict useful life for rated (design) temperature. Please, send good references, where to find useful life data analysis mms routines, etc. Thankyou, Fred
