Re: Invitation to participate in Computer Software
and Hardware Exhibition and Book Fair
associated with International Symposium on
Symbolic and Algebraic Computation
Dear Sir,
International Symposium on Symbolic and Algebraic Computation
(ISSAC) will be held at Kiev, Ukraine, July 6-8, 1993.
Previous ISSACs were held at Rome, Portlend, Tokyo, Bonn and
Berkeley respectively. This is important traditional annual
event where high professionals in Mathematics and Informatics
get together to present achievements and to discuss problems
in Symbolic and Algebraic Computation. It is area where
symbolic methods to solve mathematical problems are
investigated, appropriate computer software designed and used
to tackle applied problems in Science, Technology and
Education. Usually 200-300 attendees from leading European,
North American, Asian and Australian universities and firms
come to ISSAC but it attracts much more interest worldwide.
So, it is good opportunity to present advanced computer
software and technology as well as new books to professional
community in this field.
In parallel to ISSAC'93 Computer Software and Technology
Exhibition and Book Fair will be organized. It is real chance
for your firm to advertise its products and to make good
business.
ISSAC'93 and Computer Software and Technology Exhibition and
Book Fair will be arranged in Rus' International Conference
Hall equipped with visual, audio, video, copying and
communication facilities. Rus' International is 4-star hotel
located in the centre of Kiev City. The hotel complex which
includes Rus' International is member of International
Congress and Conference Association (ICCA) with Headquaters in
Amsterdam.
The total square of the Exhibition & Fair area equals 260 sq.m
(20 m x 13 m). To locate computers tables will be provided
(their size is sufficient to set computer and printed
materials, the rent - USD4/day).There are following facilities
to show books and other printed products in the Congress Hall:
- glazed shelves (10 units, size: total height - 1,85 m,
useful height - 1,35 m, width - 0,9 m, depth - 0,6 m,
modifiable plate layout, the rent - USD12/day);
- glass-free shelves (12 units, size: total height - 2,7 m,
useful heigth - 2,4 m, width - 1,2 m, depth - 0,5 m,
modifiable plate layout, the rent - USD12/day).
One can lease individual furnished room with phone for office
(8 rooms, square - 12 sq.m, the rent - USD176/day).

- 1-room number for 2 persons - $177.
All prices include breakfast. This hotel is similar to Maritim
Hotel in Bonn where ISSAC'91 have been held.
Sport Hotel is located at 10-minutes-walking distance from
Rus' International Hotel. It is usually used to accommodate
participants of international sport competitions. There are
one-bed and two-bed rooms and restaurant in this hotel. Prices
