I have a do loops that runs over about 500 steps. The first time I run the code, it takes less than 2 minutes. The next time it takes 4.5 minutes. The next time it takes 6.5 minutes. Even if I clear all the variables used in the do loop this still happens. Does anyone know what is going on?? I'm running Mma vs. 2.2 for SGI machines. Susan Rempe rempe at euclid.chem.washington.edu
