I have the book you refer to. There is no software but rather examples of how to do each of the types of problems within the textbook. The manual is very usefull for the beginner with mathematica because it shows how to write the programs and fxns that are used. There is also a maple version of the manual . The mathematica manual is published by John Wiley and Sons with ISBN 0-471-11719-6 and the maple manual has ISBN 0-471-31126-X
