batch mathematica under win95

I would like to use the text based version of mathematica under win95 in an emacs buffer the same way I do it under Linux. But when I run "math" under a shell session with emacs for win95, nothing seems to happen! I would appreciate very much any help. Thanks ==== [MESSAGE SEPARATOR] ====
