Screen Flicker

Hi:
Has anyone else out there noticed a screen flicker situation with Mma Ver 3.0?
I've checked Mma on the following systems:
Windows NT
PowerMac 8100, System 7.5.5,
PowerBook 540c, System 7.5
I notice that when I type in a new command and execute, the whole screen
refreshes. This behavior looks like a screen flicker. I find this
behavior quite distracting especially since I don't remember it happening
with Ver 2.2.
Has anyone got an opinion or more information on this behavior? Is this a
general characteristic of Ver 3? Has it always happened with all versions
of Mma and I just did not notice?
