Does anyone know a fast way to implement pink noise in software?
I know that one way to do this is to pipe white noise through LPF but
that would require writing a LPF which I believe is a rather time
consuming thing to do! There must be some mathematical way of doing
this, so if anyone can give me any hint/tips it would be greatly appreciated.
(This project will be written on a PC platform.)

Also, regarding Brown noise, how does one usually solve the problem
when the boundaries are reached? Is there some standard way of
dealing with this?
Again, any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks in advance.
