Is it possible to have the range of one parameter depend on the value of 
another?  I want to do something like

ParametricPlot3D[{x(t,u), y(t,u), z(t,u)},{t,0,1},{u,f1(t),f2(t)}]      

where the bounds for u depend explicty on the value of t.  The above does not 
work (of course).
