Dr. Mike Shaw and Dr. Cecelia Knoll have written an excellent lab manual
for Calculus students called Discovering Calculus with Mathematica. You can
find out more about it from Wolfram. It is published by Wiley, and the
ISBN number is 0-471-00976-8.
