Dear All, I can't find any examples in the Mathematica help files of Assumption->{} being made when you use the 3.0 interface (when you actually have an integral sign instead of Integrate[]). If I want Mathematica to make assumptions about variables in integrating, am i forced to use the Integrate[] command, or is there a way of doing this with the integral symbol? I tried actually typing Assumption->{blah} but it appeared to have done nothing. Peter -- Never criticize a man till you've walked a mile in his shoes.
