Not sure exactly what you want.  For most operating systems you can
simply copy and paste sounds into Mathematica recorded by your favorite
sound application.  Then you can use Convert to InputForm to digitize
these sounds.  See e.g., The Mathematica Journal 2(4): 41, 1992.
